No worries at all for transfer to Hotel in Seoul! Once you book with us, confirmation notice with details will be sent to you from our office in 24 hours after you book. Private driver will get our valuable customers to the hotel safely. We offer clean and safe vehicle with nice driver. Maximum 5 people can be admitted with 6 luggages in your private car.

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Driver Info will be sent 1 week before the reserved date.
- Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Vehicle Type varies as below depends on the number of customers:
- Carnival (1~2 Adult Pax / Max. 3 Luggages)
- Starex Van (3~7 Adult Pax / Max. 7 Luggages)
*If the vehicle type can be changed upon local situation but still clean and comfy alternative. - If you have any other needs, please contact us at anytime!
- Infants (Under 36 months~) are free of charges without any rates with condition of no seats but parents lap.
- Hotel must be located in Seoul. Unless, extra charges will be added.
▶Refund & Cancellation Policy
-Full refund : If you do notify us about your cancellation or any changes 3 business days before your scheduled tour.
-No refund : If you cancel or make any changes 2 days or later before your scheduled tour.
▶Departure Location
Arrival Gate you come out at Incheon International Airport OR Your Hotel (If you choose Hotel to ICN Airport)
*Please make sure you write down correct flight info (Flight Name / Number / Arrival Time) and exact hotel details
*Driver will hold the sign written your name
